SHIPPING.

1. Delivery of orders will be carried out through the following methods:

ORDERS BELOW US$150

- US Customers. Ordinary Mail @ US$6 (flat rate for local) (Because some items may be slightly heavier, the charge may be slightly higher at about $8). First Mail with delivery confirmation.

- Attention: UK - Canada - Australia - Germany and China eBuyers: the shipping price is only $8 
**there is not tracking number confirmation for shipping outside of USA when using standard mail service. However we can supply a tracking number when using Global Express Mail for $20 (3 to 5 days delivery)

- International AirMail US$10, Delivery time 5 to 7 days. We are not responsible for any customs charges in your country, so please review the taxes and duties relevant to your country. We highly recommended you insure your items.

  Insurance : $1.5 up to $100, $2 up to $200, $4 up to 400, $11 for $1000, $15 for $2000.

ORDERS ABOVE $150

All orders above $150 require shipping with signature confirmation and tracking system. We do prefer FedEx, however if you prefer another service for any reason, please let us know.

- US customers:
FedEx @ US$25.00 includes tracking number and insurance up to $500 dollars.
Additional Insurance : $11 for $1000, $15 for $2000.

- International Customers:
Flat rate $25 dollars, includes $100 insurance, you can buy additional insurance as follow: $5 for 500, $11 for $1000, $15 for $2000. EMS or Global Express

FedEx $40 to $70, please quote your country before the purchase.

Paypal and credit card orders, can only be shipped to a confirmed address. In a credit card transaction a confirmed address is the one you have registered with your bank.

If you are not able to provide a confirmed address, please use Wire Transfer, Money order or Check as your payment option.

Combined Shipping : You can combine as many items as you like in your shipment.

Our products are shipped from our offices in depending on stock levels.  US customers will not be involved in customs paperwork in any case.

SPECIAL SHIPPING

Special emeralds with value a of $6000 and up that are to be shipped to international addresses are recommended to use the following carriers and services:

Service Rates
- Lufthasa International Cargo USD $200. Full insurance, Airport to Airport. Please note that some locations are not able to use this service.

- Brinks door to door is about USD$620 per shipment, providing door to door service. For information please contact customer service.

Delivery time is usually 3 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse (depending on item availability).

Please note that international orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipments outside the United States are shipped exclusively by FedEx International Priority (see prices above for current rate). The customer will be charged for these fees prior to shipment. Emerald Elegance use its best efforts to calculate these fees in advance to inform the customer of the amount. However, any shortages in shipping, handling or customs duty fees after merchandise has been shipped will be charged to customer's credit card or invoiced to customer and collected by carrier at time of delivery of merchandise (C.O.D.). These fees are non-refundable in the event the merchandise is returned to Emerald Elegance.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds via cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank via wire transfer (please contact our Sales Department at Contact us for wire transfer instructions).
